Beginning at Importer level in Volkswagen Group UK warranty department he spent 8 years, as a warranty administrator & warranty auditor.. Following this he started his consultancy at Automotive Warranty Services Ltd building this business with a small team to fill an opportunity in the market to coach & develop garages & people to ensure they maximised their revenue recovery & build a framework of processes that worked within prescribed manufacturer's policy & procedures.
